-The combustion tube control method is unique to BK and adopts the NO/OFF control method. When the temperature reaches and stops ignition, ignition and heating can be carried out if the temperature is insufficient.
-Gas zero pressure combustion technology, no temperature surge, safe, and low energy consumption.
-Integrated control method, all operations of the tunnel oven can be completed on the touch screen. Fault display, combustion tube status display, temperature control of each temperature zone, gas leakage alarm, etc. are all controlled or displayed by the touch screen, making the operation simpler.
-High temperature resistant exhaust fan, with unique design from BK, is equipped with separate exhaust fans for each temperature zone to timely exhaust the exhaust gas from the oven outdoors without extracting pressure from the oven, avoiding the discharge of heat energy from the oven, which is more energy-saving.

-Air volume protection device and wind pressure interlocking protection ensure sufficient combustion of oxygen in the combustion tube, preventing insufficient oxygen from causing incomplete combustion, leading to excessive carbon monoxide.
-Gas safety leak detection system, strong suction sampling box with gas collection seat. When the gas concentration exceeds the standard, it will automatically alarm and cut off the gas source and power supply. It is a protective barrier for safety production. After years of use, the quality has been repeatedly verified.
-Micro hot air circulation system (optional), adding a local micro hot air circulation system on top of conventional tunnel oven. If users use molds to bake products, such as toast, burgers, sliced cakes, etc., the circulating air will improve the baking uniformity, the surface color and taste of the products will also be improved, and the baking time will be reduced, which is also very helpful for saving energy. This improvement is effective for any product, not limited to products with molds. Also, it can be turned off when not in use.
-The automatic oven shutdown system can be activated after the product is baked and off duty. In the absence of personnel, the exhaust fan, supply fan, and conveyor track motor will automatically shut down and stop working after a delay of 30 minutes, reducing labor waste.
